Your first step is a one-on-one consult so we can make sure the sessions will be inline with your goals.
We’ll do some movement screens so we can personalize the workouts for where you’re at.
The sessions go for 60 mins.
You’ll do some movement prep so we can improve mobility, fix imbalances & reduce the risk of injuries.
We’ll focus on a full body strength workout & finish with getting the heart rate up in our ‘finisher!’
